Account deletion
Delete your VitaScribe account.
You can permanently delete your account and personal data from the app. If you cannot access the app, send a verified deletion request by email.
Delete from the app
- Open the VitaScribe app and sign in.
- Go to Settings and tap Delete account.
- Review the deletion notice, then confirm by typing DELETE.
- Your account is closed immediately and personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Request deletion online
Send the request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

- Your account, profile, professional credentials, and login access are removed.
- Encounter audio, transcripts, generated notes, and related personal data are deleted from active systems and removed from backups within 30 days.
- Deletion is permanent. Temporary deactivation is not the same as deletion.
Clinical record retention
Where your clinic or healthcare organization is the legal custodian of patient health information, limited clinical data may be retained as required by healthcare and records-keeping laws. See the Privacy Policy for details.
